Things it fixes:

- Modified game to use a single CPU by default. This may significantly improve stability.

- Opening movies now play in every episode after the first.

- Fixed bug where sound disappears until you delete config.dat.

- Fixed bug where skipping scenes skips choices.

- Patched bug where skipping traps you on a blank screen. If this bug would trigger, it will now return you to the script it left instead of sending you nowhere.

- Fixed various scripting and textual issues, including missing subtitles and rogue Japanese text.

- Fixed bug that was causing widescreen mode to use the wrong resolution.

After you install School Days, just run the patch in your School Days install directory.

You probably need to update your graphics drivers.

I wanted to play the game on my laptop and had the same problem. It seems that the game doesn't like the graphic card. Anyway, I installed the game on my desktop pc and everything is running smoothly, if possible, do the same.

ok i take that back it is getting pretty bad... can someone help me out here?

well that sucks i dont have a desktop just a laptop

issei , try running the game , then windows task manager , click on show processes from all users , look for schooldayshq.exe , right click it , set affinity to CPU 0 only , and then see if the lagging persists. as far as i know , school days HQ has trouble with multithreading CPUs , so try it , maybe it fixes your problem.

I'm like 50 % pissed off everytime i play this game. This game makes me want to bash the protagonist, there are times where i wish there was an option "jump off a cliff and die!" The protagonist in this game is such a freaken loser, he does not seem to love the person he's with and is always going after someone he doesn't have. Every freaken option you pick, even if you're focusing on one girl, he will be happy for a few scene then goes freaken emotionless even when he's with the girl he's supposely said he love and have full interest in. He's extremely indecisive, like unbelievably. He believe he is a pimp or something and plays with people's emotion like it was nothing. Worst of all, he gets jealous and even masturbates to girls that's not even his Girlfriend, while he's dating the girl he's supposely loves. I got my relationship bar maxed on one girl and he still shows that he love the other girl even if i didn't pick any choice for her... Also there's also a freaken Friend you have that is a fucken rapist. There are around 16 and 3 are extremely bad, but even good endings most are also pretty bad. [these are my opinion so far]

I have not yet to finish this game,i am on chapter 5 atm, but it's extremely heartbreaking to continue... I'm doing my best to stay with one girl, but the plot line is very twisted. I will rate when i have my ending.

i justed finished, got the "Christmas Eve" ending with kotohona. Very happy with the results. But, still sticking with my previous comment. Graphics good, Voice is good, animation is good, hentai scenes are decent, ending h scences are nice, plot is twisted/ dark and nerve wracking, protagonist is a(an) [insert bad word or phrases].

Rating: overall i'd give it an 6 or 6.5/10, because it did somewhat hook me in & it's fully animated. The protagonist once again makes the game very uneasy to play, the plot has it's ups and down but overall it's still plain bad.

I'd recommend atleast a single playthrough, the game is animated , which is rare. Unless there is a walkthrough, it's nearly impossible to get 100%, but GL

that's it yea. I'm playing it right now, cuz i always wanted to know what they meant by fully animated. Now i know, i guess i might as well finish a few ending at least
