School Days

  • Language: English

In the school the three people met. Their relation had been changed in the season, and turned into three love stories.

Makoto has been admiring a girl he has seen on the train. That girl is Kotonoha Katsura, and he even managed to take a photo of her with his cell phone. Due to new seating in his class, he ends up next to Sekai Saionji, a nosy, but sweet and sincere girl. As she snoops for his cell phone while talking to him, she discovers his crush and vows to help him until Kotonoha agrees to go out with him. When Sekai finally gets them together, she realizes her own feelings after finding out that the person Kotonoha liked was, in fact, Makoto. While waiting for her train next to Makoto, who was waiting for Kotonoha, she has him talking about how he can repay her for all of her help. Before leaving for her train, she kisses him and cries when she boards the way home. Kotonoha happily arrives for her date with Makoto shortly after. With all three main characters carrying different expressions on their faces, the story begins.

And he would of made a cute couple if he had just stuck to the first girl that he fell in love with, Meh

Yeah. In the end, he chose Kotonoha even though he already had Sekai. If he only had the guts to stay devoted to Kotonoha in the first place, then that unexpected ending wouldn't have happened. In addition, him going around his school f*cking girls here and there had made him into one of the few anime characters that I truly despise the most.

Id hope so.

I remember when i clicked on a random anime and watched it. [school days]

At the start i thought it would be a sappy romantic one.

At the end, my jaw dropped at what i was watching.

Well... with more than 10 endings including 3 bad endings(the anime showed one of them), i cant wait to play:D

Yeah don't hold your hopes high on that, They've given a June 2012 finish date for it but it's JAST so I'm not gonna hope for to much from that this year >_>

Then you should prepare yourself for more creepy ending than the anime end was (even tho the anime end was normal/okay with me) , some ends of the game are creepy , when the a few are good. (Also i only remember 9 of the endings , if you say they are 21 then time will reveal what are they hiding)

Anime is actually much more creepier than the game - it seems like they did everything they could to make anime watchers hate Makoto as much as possible and end the series with one of most fucked up endings i ever saw - basically anime picks bad scenes from different game paths that never occur together and combines them - [spoiler=school days game bad endings] one of endings for game has sekai stabbing makoto, other ending is kotonoha slashing sekai's throat with huge knife - while anime tries to combine them, in game they branch out really early in game ( second or third chapter out of six, afair ). Only bad ending they are missing is kotonoha suciding himself in front of sekai and makoto, by jumping from high building, with brain splattering etc.

Generally i feel like whole anime series development is tongue-in-cheek fanservice for game fans - it's especially visible in ova's, where there's so much blood that characters are rowing a boat etc.

In a way I'm happy that the Ending was messed up but also quite sad, It made me intrigued and look into the Series more making me want to play the game version of it, but at the same time I'm thinking, there's going to be even more gore in the game.

Some things that a lot of people don't know are there are actually more "good" ends than "bad" ends. There is a negative perception that this VN is nothing but bad ends, but its just one part of the VN. Nonetheless, the bad endings are going to be fun to do :p

agreed... not all VNs with bad ends are bad...best example is type-moon's most popular VNs, tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night...
