Oldschool RPG?

For some reason i feel like playing some classic rpg like the ones where you make a party and go kill stuff and lvl up and die to the strongest monsters over and over and stuff like that, so i searched and found FF, baldur's gate, Fallout, might&magic, planescape; but they don't actually feel "oldschool" at all

I'm looking for something like Cladun or Phantom Brave (yeah those who look like games from NES)

Any recommendation would be appreciated

play Faxanadu for NES it'll keep you going for a while with the leveling thing. No party making on it though but its oldschool alright.

i recomend Tales of Phantasia first

Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6 and Seiken Densetsu 3 are probably my 3 favourite RPGs on the SNES. But yea that console has so many great games.

I'm a long time fan of the Suikoden series: I would recommend you the first two games.

Great characters, good story and gameplay, epic music!
