Trying to download games

I was trying to download a couple games, but when I went to extract the files, I ran into an error with the archive.rpa

 

The two downloads: RememberingHowWeMet.part2.rar (part 1 worked perfectly) and SakuraDungeonUncencored.part1.rar (I have not tried the other parts since part 1 doesn't work)

 

How am I supposed to fix this issue or is there something wrong with the downloads?
