Well, something like I guess...

I didn't have a problem with it. You are supposed to insert the disk the first time and then after that, it should play. Then again, I never pressed the play button so I could be wrong here. It got to the main menu at least without any problems. *shrugs* I guess if downloading that version helps, then cool. More peeps can play the game. :3

Whoops. I misread the topic. I thought this was Hatsukoi, not Karmasutra. My bad.
