What happened to the company Sol Press?

The only reputable source you can get is directly from the US's business agency. You can verify that by visiting https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/.

Tick LP/LLC Name, enter into the Search Criteria field the name of the company, which in this case is Sol Press, and then read the report, which should look like this -
