From the error screen, it looks like you placed game files in folder path containing Yiddish characters - game can't read them properly (since originally they were designed to work only on Japanese systems and they only recently started using Unicode for their software) - try moving files to folder containing only alphanumeric ( a-z) letters, like "C://Games" or something like that. I recall someone with Spanish character in his username had similar problem and it fixed it for him.
