A neuroscience × genetics × near-future sci-fi visual novel adventure game. In 2030, due to Japan’s advancements in neuroscience, memories can now be saved and recorded. This is called e-Memory. However, due to the rapid increase in the number of crimes using the e-Memory technology, the government has introduced strict regulations on human memory data. Storage space/bandwidth for such small files is not a problem The real issue is legality - As it is now, I host no copyrighted content (beyond pictures of game covers, which are exempt, under "fair use" clause), and everytime one company or another sends complaints to my host, they get told to fuck off, as no law is being broken - linking to publicly available content on 3rd party sites is perfectly legal in Ukraine, where I'm currently being hosted in. I used to have sub-domain downloads.erogedownload.com for such tiny patches few years ago, but had to take it down. I know current solution to handle those tiny files isn't optimal, but it's the best one that will allow me to run this site for years to come.
