Could you describe the problem? Is it like instead of words you get some thing like these (**) that could be several things first the word might not be recognized in your dictionary, personally i use Jparser for mine(edict2) or you could add names to clean up the trans.

another problem could be if you diden't change your language settings(not your locale but the settings) this keeps the text from overlapping and causing you to get this(**) since the charactors overlap the program can't recognize them and you get this(**) since when they overlap the character it reads doesen't exist.

or are you getting a problem when it doesen't hook all the text in this case just make sure your using UserHook0 and you'll be fine.
