Saw that just now on their forums, the installer will help with future projects but they could also just say buy a WinRar or 7-Zip license and make a self-installing version by packing and splitting it that way, game could have been available weeks ago if all that's holding it up is that work on their new installer. (Has all that other stuff they want too such as error handling.)

There's some additional bits of info on their forums about the status of said installer and why they are doing it but it looks to be about ready now though I'm pretty certain they'll get both out by the same time now instead of pushing the digital release earlier since it's not much of a difference anymore. After registering I got a code "sapromo" which should allow for a 50% discount which might work for this game though it could be a one time only code instead of just once per purchase/account. (Though the actual purchase was reported as declined but I still got the product so I'll have to check what that's about.) Unsure if there's some DRM but I am almost positive it'll still be censored.

What pop-up blocker are you using, if it's giving that sort of clearly malware related advertising it's probably best to block it. I'm using UBlock (EDIT: UBlock Origin) myself and for that in the dashboard/settings for it there's a tab called "My Rules" where I have this set: downloadani.me [url]http://www4.downloadani.me[/url] script block Download button no longer redirects to a pop-up window. (Might work for NoScript as well since it's a script block.)

Lightning Warrior Raidy 3 is out on Jast's website, 3.7 GB which I think makes it the largest of the Raidy games. (Was planning on replaying the previous two first but never got around to it.)

I was wondering myself what was going to happen to Starless and moreso Shiny Days since it's a bit more technical or how to say for a fan created restoration patch so it's good to hear that Jast might be doing something about it themselves even if the game could not be released uncensored directly. Sounds good. EDIT: Has MangaGamer ever done any edits to their releases by the way? (Besides the early games having horribly made up title translations the only thing I can remember is they lost two nearly translated titles due to the rapelay incident a few years back.)

I think my first Eroge game was either Knights of Xentar or Nocturnal Illusions, this and Little My Maid were the first of the more recent games from Jast. (And Water-Closet but the less said about that game the better, Jast has changed a bit over the years ha ha.)

I'm still hoping some of these will be translated properly and intact but I doubt Jast or MangaGamer would do something like that as there's probably very little profit in re-releasing these games again even if they were uncut. (As a fairly new company I also assume Hirameki did not have access to the better VN's due to license costs and other hindrances so the games themselves might not be ranked too highly but I could be wrong.)
