@Shadolance: You said you were looking for games already translated to try retranslating. Try Flyable Heart and its two fandiscs. They've been 'translated' (sort of) and need retranslations. Umikaze has fell off a cliff so I'm sure theres no problem starting a retranslation of your own

Oh, I know that feeling. Definitely one of the hardest hitting endings for me in any VN. I think only Steins;Gate was worse.

The first one (Nanami holding Shogun's hand) is a bonus CG for completing the A/AA ending. The second one (Seira covered in the dirt) is for getting the B ending.
