Well, most of my enjoyment came from Asahi, Aoi and Tsuzumi though, the rest of the heroine cast is rather lacking. And yea, I'll admit that the comedy isn't exactly good most of the time. Yoake? Hrm, from what I've seen that game might be like Period, albeit with a wider plot. You might have hit the mediocre route though. Most reviews said that the side routes ranged between "slightly above mediocre and downright sucks" except for true route. It's just reviews, so take it with a grain of salt. But I've an impression that Yoake quality is inconsistent.

Peroid isn't something you play for heavy plot or action as it wasn't actually geared for that. If you don't like the girls or can't appreciate the relationship atmosphere and overall fluffiness, then the game will turn you off. I could understand why people may find it boring though. The storyline is generally set up to show how the MC gradually becomes closer towards the girl(s), progressing little by little through event and small drama until they developed from being normal friend/classmate into a romantic relationship. Beyond that, there's nothing much happened on a wider scale, safe for one or two routes. What makes the game fun is the way they responded to each other, and the great chemistry between them. I found it humorous and refreshing. Period introduced some unexpected elements in half of the routes and its surprising take on the overused and cliche osananajimi romance trope kind of differentiate it from being typical romance VNs. However, this kind of storytelling method can be too slow paced for some people, and if they were expecting something broader than stuff related to a relationship theme, then this game is not for them. I dunno much about Romanesque though, beyond the fact that it has gameplay, Oyari's beautiful watercolor art, and cute lolis. But if they use the same kind of approach, then you know what to expect from it, soren. "Extreme boredom" inbound! Next time, I will remember to put /joking whenever I made a joke.

We should expect a censorship for Kokoro's scenes and probably for Romanesque too. The latter one will be hard to swallow though if it happens.

My impression: 1.My Girlfriend is the President FD from Alcot I heard that the original game is really funny, so licensing the FD is always welcomed. 2.Steins;Gate from Nito+ As we have predicted, S;G is one of the 6 announcements. Jast stated that S;G is their top priority, which is fucking hilarious when we take a look at those titles they've been sitting on for ages. You would have expected THAT to be Jast top priority. Great move, Jast. Derp. Anyway, S;G is likely to fall into the soon™ category, so, whatever. Unless you found a time machine, don't expect to see the release any time soon™. 3.Sweet Home ~H na oneesan wa suki desu ka?~ from CODEPINK So Jast is doing shitty nukige now? They must have learned something from MG success with Boob Wars. 4.Sumeragi Bitch from CODEPINK Same as above, except the title is a bit...bitchy. 5.Lightning Warrior Raidy 3 from Zyx As I've predicted, they announced Raidy 3. (It's not like there's many title in their plate to choose from, though) Anyway, I can't even bring myself to finish both Raidy 1 and 2. So yea, I will not play Raidy 3. ー(￣～￣)ξ 6.Little Witch Romanesque from Littlewitch Holy shit, would you look at that! Who would have expected it after all that KickStarter fiasco... Anyway, I like this title the most out of all Jast announcements, but their line-up is rather weak so that's not saying much, sadly. I will look forward to this. More Oyari's art is good. I'm glad that Aroduc will be working on it. Overall, Jast announced 6 VNs but almost the entire half of it is shitty. There're no noteworthy titles other than S;G and Romanesque, so it feels kinda a bit lacking for me. I don't count Shiny Days as VN.

I always wanted to read Cartagra first before starting any of InnoGrey other titles. Hoping MG will release it before KnS2.

Yeah, Cartagra and KnS2 is definitely nukige. That aside, since Frodo has given his impression about MG titles' line-up, I think I should share mine too. Let's see. 1.Ruby Striker Garbage. 2.Warrior Princess Asuka Pettanko fans won't like it and that abnormal breast sizes are just retarded and ugly. Garbage. Furthermore, I think it is safe to assume that this company game make softhouse-seal title looks like a fucking masterpiece. Not sure whether people would buy this "thing". 3.Armored Warrior Iris 4.Valkyrie Svia 5.Space Pirate Sara MG seems to take an approach of licensing Black Lilith titles that already have an animation. Too bad T&W is not among them. :/ At least two of these titles have a "surprise" that would make me enjoy reading people reaction to it. Hurr hurr I'm interested in Iris and Ikusa Suvia because they look more interesting than the other one, Space Pirate Sara. Meh. 6.Kara No Shoujo 2 Radiant would die from excessive happiness. Hopefully, I could get around to read KnS1 before they released KnS2. InnoGrey should probably make it a trilogy imo. 7.Cartagra I'm highly looking forward to this game. The art, the BGM, the gore, and the premise is really attractive. *Drooling....* 8.Furifure 1 Looking forward to it solely because of the art and the BGM. This game has two routes, and based on your choice it could either turn into a light pure love nukige or a dark rape nukige. The latter one is considered to be much better. 9.Furifure 2 It has incest. Insta-win. And the scenario seems pretty interesting too. If I'm not wrong, MG announcement next month would be that single SH title, and five story oriented VNs. It's looking good so far.

Some smart move to save the rotten industry? A noble intention to spread the great and joyful VN medium to 12 year old French girls through extreme censorship and butchering? There has been a hint about partnership with Black Lilith from Kouryuu last month so it was to be expected. No surprise there. Though the lack of Taimanin Aisagi titles might disappoint some people. And I was expecting Cartagra to be announced, their reaction has been pretty much a positive whenever someone asked about it.
