  1. Back to the topic of this thread..

I wouldn't use any of the things you mentioned, since I don't have anything of it, but I'd use my PSP to read VN's outside for sure.

I have to wait one hour for the bus after school every day anyway, and I'm bored of listening to music the whole time -__-

  2. It did happen to me in My girlfriend is the president.

I liked Ell the most out of them all, but somehow ended up on that Russian presidents route as my first one.

Well, there was that little moment at the beginning, where I kinda liked her, but that disappeared soon after.

And yeah, after I've been trough about 4/5 of the game I suddenly thought: "Why the heck am I even reading this while I could also read the routes I like?",

so I just started Ell's route then..

  3. Finished Ever17 but in the end who

was the person that was still counting in Takeshi's route and the person who kicked the can in Kid's route during hide and seek?

Funny, 'cause this were exactly the same questions I had after finishing the VN.

It doesn't really get explained, so you can't really do more than speculate, but there are people who think it is

Blickwinkel, since he is producing images of the past into the kid's head from the future, so he might do the same thing the other way around. Like how the kid is counting in the future, and it can be heard in the past.

  4. I have download Never 7 end of infinity and install it but when i shall start the game it whouldnt start up

Well, in what way does it not start up?

    Nothing happens?

Or do you mean that it is asking you for a Soundtrack CD?

In case it is asking you for that, go to http://tlwiki.org/index.php?title=Never_7

and download one of the soundtracks and put it where you installed the game.

Then choose the "Never7_English_OGG.exe" to start the game.

  5. I downloaded the PC ogg files (didn't get PSP at all) and just copied everything from the rar to the game folder. Worked fine like that.

    Well, that's to be expected.

What I meant was, that when I downloaded both the original soundtrack, and the PSP soundtrack, the game didn't work, but when I deleted "psp-ost.track" which came along with the PSP soundtrack, it worked.

  6. Game works fine for me too.

Just want to leave one thing I noticed here.

On the TLWiki page is says concerning the BGM download files, "To play music, extract one or both of the following files into your Never7 directory."

Well, I went ahead and extracted both and when I started the game I got a black screen.

You are only supposed to extract both folders into the directory, and then extract one from the other files, and not both.

    I don't know if that's obvious to know, but at least I didn't :/

  7. If you think about it on that way, it would be the best to use unique names that we came up ourselves. Just changing the language won't exactly change anything.

    I agree with that.

Though I don't really see much uniqueness in your names.. :p

  8. There are ways.

There is a translation project for it, which has already a lot translated.

    http://tlwiki.org/index.php?title=Pure_Pure_The_Story_of_Ears_and_Tails

Look at the bottom of the page..there are a lot of patches for it.

I haven't gotten the patches myself, so I can't really help you as in which to get, though.

And as you're wanting to play Japanese games, it is always a good idea to install the japanese language packs, since otherwise there might occur errors.

  9. Get Joy2Key/JoytoKey..

It is a program that let's you assign mouse and keyboard buttons/movements to a controller.

Only problem I ever had with it is that it doesn't work for games that use the "Shift" Button.

It acts as if the Shift Button is pressed the whole time, even if you haven't assigned it to anything.

There are also controllers which come with a software for that already, but Joy2Key should be more than enough to play VN's with a controller.

  10. This one is for Pure Pure : Download Pure Pure Mimi to Shippo no Monogatari Torrent - KickassTorrents

I downloaded it from that one, and am also still seeding it, so it should work for you.

EDIT: As for the other game, I found this http://sukebei.nyaa.eu/?page=torrentinfo&tid=5130&showfiles=1

It has two games, and the second one is the one you want.

I'll see if I can find the english patch too.

  11. Well, excuse me for being too lazy to serously check out your MAL list, but I just used the shared Anime feature to see which series I watched which you haven't watched :p

    I'd recommend Aria.

The Seasons are named as follows: Aria the Animation; Aria the Natural; Aria the Origination.

They are more the relaxing type of series and are all together around 50 episodes.

I also really like Mahoromatic (It has two seasons, around 25 episodes overall)

Also Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins are really nice series.

And well, Natsume Yuujinchou is already on your plan to watch list, but really get the four season as well, they are really great :)

    Also Mushishi...Another very relaxing series.

  12. Well, I heard of it today, and it sure looks nice.

But meh, I think there should be some kind of information on the front page that there is a site called "Visual Novel Data Base", where most VN's are listed and you easily found out if there are english patches.

There is also Ryu's VN Translation progress thread where you also find all currently translations in progres..

But anyway, Strawberry Nauts check this, there is no translation and none in progress either.

  13. Well, the chances of my family actually seeing one of these games on my computer is like zero.

First of all my pc screen is so placed, that you see the back of it when you enter my room, and no one in my family except me can speak english, and I don't have that much VN's which start directly with sex CG's..

But well, just in case I would get caught, well..

Dunno, I'd probably just say that I like this stuff, so I read it.

Actually that is how it is anyway..

  14. Seriously, this series is great at making characters look just totally arrogant.

Just looking at Fukube's rival and that Miku in the Manga Club annoyed me -__-

    That advertising thing with

    the girl's war

    was kinda funny though.

  15. Back to topic, it may surprise you, but I strongly believe that the erotic aspect is not the most important one when it comes to Lolis, instead Lolicon is driven by an almost innocent, naïve sense of romance (yep, you read that right).

I totally agree with you here.

And yeah, one thing I don't understand is, usually (at least that's how I see it) people get shunned for looking at Anime/Manga pictures and get labeled as people who don't have an interest in real girls and stuff..

But yeah, as soon as they know the pictures he looks at are loli pictures, they think he is going to rape the next children he finds alone on the street or something.

Kinda weird , if you ask me.
