Haven't read it, been waiting for EX O: I also finished Another yesterday. Gave it a 7/10. Had some good parts to it, the last eps were pretty good. The middle got kind of dull.. I guess it wasn't "horror horror" like I was expecting but still definitely worth a watch (which you have already watched).

Nah, I meant the autistic girl is the main heroine but the director cut out more scenes with her and added more scenes with ponytail girl because he liked ponytail girl more, hence why it probably felt like a big love triangle type of thing.

I recall the LN had many more scenes between the main heroine and the guy, but the director of the anime liked the other girl more and tried to include her in more scenes. I'm not misinterpreting this one, definitely happened.

Damn, I sort of expected that to happen. Oh well, at least you didn't dislike it. Also, even before you watched Wolf Children, I could see the anime compatibility now. Not sure why, maybe because I watched psycho pass, but that shouldn't have changed things much. I gave that a strong 8 btw, definitely worth a watch. Makes you think if that type of society is right or wrong and people the people that are trying to overthrow it are the bad guys or the people that want to keep it the same are the bad folks. The main female protag can get a little annoying at times but worth a watch.

Also, I know I keep recommending anime but this is the last one. Death Parade... watch it! (whenever, doesn't have to be this week or next, just keep on the lookout for it).

Ghost in the Shell looks pretty interesting, I'll have to find out where to start with that since it has a lot of movies and the show itself. I'm currently watching Psycho Pass and it's pretty good so far.

I forgot, are you a manager over there at that store? That story does sound pretty interesting lol. Regarding Guilty Crown, I always hear from people that the beginning is good but later on they just pull things out of their ass and that's when people lose interest.. dunno though, it always looked good visually but I probably will never watch it.

the LN ended in a "better" way, they just didn't have the guts to animate it, I guess. I gave the first season a 8 and recently changed the second season from a 7 to a 6 and gave the ending specials a 5 lol.. so it went from good to okay.

I finished Patema Inverted last night (anime movie) and it was nice. Good blend of sci-fi type elements and some romance. My main complaint is the villain in the movie is generic as fuck with really no personality. But the main heroine is pretty kawaii. Around a 7-8 rating. Wish MAL allowed .5 ratings or customized, probably be a solid 7.5, have it as a 8 right now.

I was potentially going to watch that one while it was an ongoing series, but decided to watch some other shows. Although I know I should judge things myself, but I heard some meh things, so I never got the motivation to start it.

Bad ending of Amane is actually supposed to be pretty important, and I think most people liked that the most. Idk OMA, if you took a poll, maybe most people would say Makina had the best route. I thought it was pretty strong. Sachi's route is nice as well, really liked the good ending in that one.

I've finished everything except the true ending these past 2 days. I am liking the VN, liking the mature environments and the murders overall. You were right in the review you sent me about the sex scenes. A lot of them totally make sense, then there are some that don't at all (that Toji scene, really?).. at least it makes sense overall than most VNs though. The pacing gets a little wonky later on, but worth a read to me so far. How'd you like the main heroine? I didn't think much of her at first, but she grew on me. Not like one of my favorites or anything, but in a "yeah, I like her" kind of sense.

Yeah, I have a decent amount on my plate.. Steins, Comyu, I/O, Symphonic Rain,etc, a bunch of "mid-tier" VNs. After going almost a year without VNs, I finished a few these last few months.

I heard it does get a bit slow during the middle, but nice to see you liked it overall with some criticisms of course. I'll get to it.. one day.
