Starcraft, DoW, Warcraft (Up to vanilla WoW). Find it hard to classify FF's s a series, but if those count then those.

If I had to choose, probably Shuffle!. Loved that game..And it may have something to do with Kaede being my waifu >_>;

Pretty boring story for me; found out there were a lot of VNs based off animes I had watched (mainly Shuffle! as I loved the anime up until the end, in which case I hated that anime...Only anime I stopped watching in my life. /rant). After that..Well, yeah...

Fate/Stay Night. (well, finished the last route recently, picked it up after 4-5 months of not touching it at all) Pretty good, very interesting plot. One major flaw in the main character, but other than all of the characters were well thought out. Most of the routes were great. UBW being the best by a good bit.

I'd agree. Her route was impossible for me to get through. At first I found the clingyness cute, but after a certain point I was just through with it. As most people have said; Emiya. Hated him. That whole sexism thing had to go..Other than that, he wasn't too bad..Would of been a better series if Rin was the main character imo, but I see why she isn't. Disliked everone in KS except Hanako, Lilly and Misha.
