only played 3 days (in-game) and some mini-game so far, but since it's named fan translated and not partial, i think so
even mini-game rule are translated, a great job done by the team
only sad point not fully voiced

cool a Rosario to Vampire game. too bad it's a DS though. But I didn't think they would make a Pagent game from it. lol.
and it sounds like poor Ruby got forgotten about again ( though Mizore's my Fav then comes Moka/inner Moka). Ruby counts as one of the 4 girls and yet she gets the short end of the stick. I guess because is somewhat older than the other 3?

This is Nintendo DS game. If you want to play it on PC, you need an emulator. Personally, I tested it on DeSmuME and it's working fine.
