    Dark Hero Party It's a depressing game, but it's great imo. Psychological ride. Originally known as Thug Hero Party (the better name) Not my first dark rpg though, that probably is gonna be Monster Girl Quest. Also great game series, I would say a classic for hrpg.

He was already disappearing for long stretches of time before this, so as sad as I am to contemplate it, there's a good chance this site is dead.     While the graphics and such are pretty neat, the game play itself is very short. It very, very quickly becomes a repetitive routine of... make $$, buy gifts, level relationships. Events are kid of tedious since it holds your hand with a (boring) step-by-step process of "go here and click item on floor, go there and click item on floor." Overall? It's nice that you can actively pursue all characters at once in the same play through. It is short though - I think I finished 100% of all scenes in 4-5 hours.
