Duel Savior

  • Language: English

There is a prophecy that every 1000 years, when the destruction draws near, the Messiah will come from a different world to the root world of Avatar and save them all.

Mia Touma, while returning home from school, finds an old but highly decorated book. When she shows it to her brother, Taiga, the book teleports them to another world - Avatar.

When they awaken, they find themselves in a world reminiscent of Medieval Europe. Before they understand what's happening, an energetic woman comes before them and tells them they have become Savior Candidates.

They must use the training they learn at the school to defeat the Lords of Ruin and Ruin itself to save Avatar and every other world along with their friends. However, Taiga finds he has become the Red Apostle, which complicates matters greatly. What is going on with the fight with Ruin? Will he actually be able to become the Messiah and save Avatar?

Can't wait to play it.

Seriously, it's not as good as it should be. =\

The battles are fun, yeah, at the beginning but if you want to play another route then you've to play all battles again. And the worst thing, chapter 1-4 contains in every route the same stuff and 5-7 nearly the same. So all you do in the first seven chapters is skipping the text and playing stupid battles again and again. I really hope that lily's route is worth the trouble.

If you choose correctly during the map choices, you can clear 2 heroines by playthrough. For example in chap 8, you will be able to choose between Kaede and Berio in your first game, and between Rico and Nanashi in your second. Just reload from that choice (the date) and you get to skip the 7 first chapters, that means you'll only have the route specific scenes and almost no skip. By the way you can play the heroines you cleared so the battles aren't that repetitive...

At first I wanted to answer your comment in a proper way but then I realized that I don't care anymore. I'm done with duel savior, I'm done after having played 1.5 routes.

I agree with OMA, I took a break after Lily's because the game is just too repetitive. I'm preparing myself mentally to play Mia's route, the charater I hate the most. God, this is the same feeling I had when I played Chinami's route in Hoshimemo.....

This is both funny and true , because thats exactly my situation as well. Stopped after Lily's route to muster up courage enough to get on with mia's routes.

Well, at least now you know that Mia route isn't the true route.

I believe I should stop my habit of making a rhetorical question.

Health and XP cheat for those who get fed up of doing all the battles.

Requires Cheatengine and knowledge of how to load tables.

I've included Shezar's HP value because that's the battle I used to find the values. I do not know if this works for any of his other appearances, or for any other bosses. It should work for the final fight (Berio's route).

Note: I'm not quite sure how the HP works. It sometimes seems to be specific to the character and the area, but sometimes it uses the same value across characters. For best use, change the values labeled "HP -P1" for the character you are controlling, and "HP - Allies" for your allies. For the allies, both should be set to this value. If not, change the value next to their name instead.

Note2: I've included multiple pointers to each address, just in case some don't work. You should only need to change one of each set (eg, only change one "HP - P1")

Note3: This will only work with the cracked version downloaded from erogedownload/erogegames. (if you downloaded from somewhere else, as long as the crack is the same it should still work)

Completed Mia's route ... after lots of mental prep... still took me by the storm...

For the true route, you just have to replay Mia's route, right?

Somehow I'm still getting a little chill at the thought of that:p

Finally mustered the courage to finish the game.

Never in my history as VN reader I hated so much a character as I hate Mia, god, Chinami (Hoshimemo) was annoying but Mia takes the word to a whole new level, oh I don't want to fight, I'm scared, He's my onichan!!!

WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!

*rage mode off*

Okay, I'm calm now, Rubinas route was by far the best, loved it all the way to the ending.
