Shirogane Takeru is a typical high school student with a lazy attitude and a love for the virtual reality mecha battle game Valgern-on. Even though he didn't really wanted it, he is popular in school mainly due to his daily fights with his osananajimi (Sumika) attracting too much attention. His life takes an unexpected turn when he finds a girl (Meiya) he doesn't remember ever meeting in his bed one morning. Whom later revealed to be the heiress of one of the biggest zaibatsu. She immediately moves to his house and starts changing his life for the good with her one-track-mind and unlimited resources...

Muv-Luv Unlimited(unlocked after you get the endings of Sumika and Meiya in Extra):

One day Takeru wakes up late, wondering why Sumika or Meiya didn't wake him up this morning. Not seeing any signs of them he gets a bit worried and goes out of his house to only see the town he lived all his life in ruins. After getting past the initial shock he decides that this must be a dream and decides to enjoy it as much as he can...

This game seems to differ from the others on this sight in terms of packaging. Usually, it's extract the .rar files, find the .exe file, and you good to go. This one has an .exe file and a pair of .bin files. I'm fairly certain .bin files are somehow related to disc images but if so, I'm not familiar with that file format. Do I need to use Daemon Tools or some similar soft ware to mount the files? If so, is the .exe file a crack to get around DRM?

A little guidance on how to handle this one please.

I think I've answer my own question. The .exe seems to be an installer the .bin files it source material to install from.

After completing the install process however, I'm being told "The program can't start because mfc140u.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I did and I'm still getting the same message. Anybody have any suggestions?

Install https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 (32bit version (yes, even if you have x64 system - game executable is still 32bit)) then reboot PC.

Dumb question #563839: Does anyone else still have the windows task bar visible on their screen even after putting this game into full screen mode? It's not a big deal, it's not interfering with game play or anything, it is just weird for a "full screen" program to still be showing the task bar in my experience.

FYI: I'm running windows 10.

when i play older vn's it tends to mess up my color scheme, sometimes resolution.. and alot of times, the task bar

mine sometimes disappear when im using browser and sometimes when i play video files on my media player(vlc)

on full screen, it doesn't hide... unless i click on it.. and back to the screen of the player...
