that link with "proof" no longer has the sample images up and there is NOWHERE with uncensored images so its safe to assume the game HAS h scenes but they are blurred out, unless otherwise noted by someone...i've just wasted about 30 minutes on this one title searching the internet.. :

Original Japanese version had h-scenes (with blurred genitalia, as required by their law). The company that translated this title, among others, had a nasty habit of removing all adult content from their releases and porting them to very shitty "dvd player" format. Luckily, they went out of business years ago, but we're left with butchered translations like this.

I'm still hoping some of these will be translated properly and intact but I doubt Jast or MangaGamer would do something like that as there's probably very little profit in re-releasing these games again even if they were uncut.

(As a fairly new company I also assume Hirameki did not have access to the better VN's due to license costs and other hindrances so the games themselves might not be ranked too highly but I could be wrong.)

As Ivan said they did I think two or three actual VN's most of which saw several cuts (Tea Society of a Witch even had two routes cut entirely.) and then for many other games they had this autoplay DVD thing where the game was playing as a interactive movie and you had to keep track of various passwords to save the game and get back to that particular combination of choices again.
