Noticed Katawa Shoujo comments in the SB earlier, reminded me of it (it was the first VN I read that I thought had any depth - only things I read before that were things like The Sagara Family, or Tokemeki Check-in! - junk - compared to todays stuff anyway.)

 

This scene was the first piece of "art" I ever found beautiful or appreciated for more then its asthetics alone (ever, be that compared against anything in real life, a movie, etc). It truely moved me and I think played a factor in my developing interest in VNs as a whole back then.
