This is just a minor thing but, have you considered organizing the game so it has VNs or games with no sexual content in one place and ones that do in another?

hmm, usually the 18+ games has a tag of "sexual content" and "no sexual content", you can try clicking those tags to get show vn's only with that certain tag.. but i'm not sure if its updated or not... but usually it is

Each post on front page is assigned a choice of 3 categories:

1. English , Partial English or Japanese (sometimes both English and Japanese are present if the game has option to switch language)

 

2. USA Release or Fantranslated - depending whether translation was done officially or unofficially.

 

And finally - 3. Adult Only or All Ages. For purpose of this classification, i designate games with h-scenes or full nudity as former, while those without them are put into latter, even if there are other elements (like for example violence) which would technically classify it as "AO", which means those are the two categories you should pay attention in your case.
