I know at AX Jast said Saya and Hana are taking so long, even though they're pretty much translated, because they're waiting on Nitro to basically recode the engine/game so it's compatible with today's OS's, since they're older releases. Nitro said as well that dealing with Saya and Hana come second after their Japanese releases (Basically during Nitros free time so to speak...), so pretty much it could happen tomorrow, or not until next year :/. The balls in Nitro's court for those two at least. On the bright side though, I'm pretty sure Saya and Hana's coding/engine was used in a lot of their other older releases, so once they fix up the compatibility issues, other releases should go more quickly. Not too much progress this week but it's a start, there's still a lot of content that isn't counted in the lines since it isn't QC'ed yet or isn't totally done. 9356/110000 Lines: ~8.5% Our goals are: 10% By August 3rd 15% by August 10th At 5% a week we can be done by December. Of course, that's over 5000 lines a week, so we'll have to pick up the pace if we want to make it by then. Don't bet on a December release, but that's our goal for now. Here's my question to you guys: Should we release another partial patch at a certain % or just release when it's done? Should we release a patch that fixes existing things (the names, etc.) and then release finally? Or just wait until final release to put out anything? Please state your vote in a reply to this post. Don't samefag, or Ludo-Rathowm will sit on you. A - Release 50% and 100%. B - Release 33%, 66%, and 100%. C - Release an update, and then 100%. D - Just release 100%. E - Don't release anything and laugh at your misery. Also.... Alright, it's time for weekly progress. This week I re-evaluated the line count, there were less lines than I initially assumed, this is good news. I am also pleased to announce that Roven-Pan is helping me translate Rance VI faster, and then I will in turn help him bring Rance Quest to you with haste. After that we're planning on working on Kichikuou Rance, and who knows what the future will bring? So, this week we're at: 31293/81862 lines translated 38.2% I'll be taking next week off for health reasons, but because Roven-Pan is now helping me out, there will still be progress made. Also...
