yes... only the character that has it equipped will get +1 item... there are some exceptions though... you will find some monsters that has a 50% chance of not giving an Item when killed...

depends... if newgame+ gives you the option to carry all items (including upgrades) from your previous game... if you carry your Items to newgame+, then you get them right at chapter 4 or 5... but if you don't carry your Items, then, START OVER AGAIN on the upgrades...

I see... try this... close kamidori run SaveOpen.exe (to find where's the save files are, usually at "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Eushully\神採りアルケミーマイスター\SAVE" for windows7) copy all files there to another folder (as your backup) copy and paste "RT.DAT" and "SAVE.DAT" from the 100% save file into the kamidori save file folder (refer to step 2) run kamidori and check the gallery to see if it worked did you already did that???
