  1. The giant spider scared me when it suddenly impaled the character xD All the work to shut iiiit? D:
  2. I lack the courage to play Amnesia Even LIMBO is a lil creepy for me... xD
  3. The bullying is not that overreacted, except for the stun guns. That was a bit... not that they are sold by 10 pounds at the shop of the corner, you know. I guess that Aeka's route is for the people who like characters who depend a lot (not to say entirely, in this case) on the main character.
  4. Well, this happen in anime, too... When they present someone who is a native english, its accent absolutely never sounds english, rather than a japanese trying to speak in english.
  5. Let's see if that works, then o: (uninstalling and dling the game again - yeah, I was stupid enough to delete the data when I was done installing and the game looked fine e_e) Tried reinstalling everything, and still get the error. How awful >_
  6. There's always place for more, in the case of Amnesia : p
  7. I usually never get any problems, neither. It's quite weird, all this =/
  8. Like I said on my first post, I have tried changing some things, and the problem remains there, sadly =/
  9. Had already changed my locale even before patching. By random changes I meant the game settings (the game asked me if I wanted to open them every time I reopened the Age.exe). But it looks like any changes on the game settings solve nothing X)
  10. Well, after struggling for quite a lot, I managed to install and patch (the 3 payches + english patch, which was always saying "Software Not Found" e_e). My problem is that, when I start the game, at the begining everything works. I can see the opening perfectly, and the start menu appears. But after doing a pair of clicks, not even being able to start a new game, this error appears: If I try to open again Age.exe, it asks me if I want to change my settings (in japanese, ofc). I have tried some random changes, but I keep getting the error. Any ideas?
  11. Maybe you can find versions for kids in hiragana o:
  12. Lulz, you make me remember of a video about a guy playing Amnesia for the first time while speaking through skype with his friends. So hilarious, with the friends teasing and lying to him all the time xD
  13. I specially recommend you Bastion! Its soundtrack is also amazing, you'll see. I understand you! I didn't even install it cuz, you know... if my little brother played it by accident, what would happen!? But I'm all courage, I swear.
  14. I tend to simply watch series in english (not sub, series with the original voices) for it.
  15. Hahaha I don't think I'll even try to play that one. I get scared from watching others play it, so... If you have not played Bastion, though, I recommend it along with the whole bundle as it's ridiculously cheap :3
  16. Don't know if anyone has already seen it, but just saw a link on facebook from a guy I follow, and this is just so cool. I would pay any price for Bastion's Soundtrack alone @_@ If anyone wants to check it, it's a bundle of 5 games (Bastion, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Psychonauts, LIMBO and Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP) for the magnific price of... whatever you wanna donate! You can get 5 games and their soundtracks for the price you choose (except Bastion, which is only included if you donate more than 7.28$). https://www.humblebundle.com/ As it's my favourite game of the
  17. Hmmmm my best recommendation would be, first of all, to memorize completly the alphabet (although you mostly start there, usually). Then, we you start studying words by topics (like family, studies, things you find in a house, etc), to look for words that might look familiar to you. I know it sounds kinda weird, but makes the transition from one language to another easier. Also looking for funny coincidences and things like that. In my case, for example, I used quite a random system of "funny" coincidences to learn hiragana in a day, and remember it nearly perfectly, although cuz of its diffi
  18. Hahahahaha I see Makes sense if you used to do spanish, although you never know, as many teachers of spanish were taught during a time that all the languages excep spanish were treated as crap and was a crime to speak them o:
  19. Yeah, in Catalonia (and its capital is Barcelona, which you probably have heard of ). And yes, between all the romanic languages, spanish, catalan and french are the closest ones with each other.
  20. Catalan. Don't think you have heard of it, though.
  21. Yeah lulz, don't remember of any other VN that has made me laught as much as Edelweiss X)
  22. Hahahaha made me think of a shirt I was in London about how drinking improved your ability to speak foreign languages xD 2 of those 4 are my mothern languages, though The third is english, and then comes japanese (which I'm learning, although it's quite hard, since it has nothing to do with any language I know), and my lil knowledge about russian and german, which is almost unexistent after nor practicing it @_@ @Dan. No worries! Spanish is mainly used to insult, anyway : D
