I've got a problem with choosing the font for the game, it's blank and whenever I try to change any font settings the game freezes and doesn't respond.
I've got the same problem with Shinigami no Kiss.
In most games you'll have to use only the font provided by the translator/patch or the letters won't work or won't show properly.

Japanese people tend to be masochists. That's why Visual Novel creators usually come up with a super awesome heroine who you will instantly fall in love with. From this point you're already a victim of their trap. You'll look so forward to her route, and you'll be so happy every time she appears that you will literally loose your will to live when you finally found out that she doesn't have a route. Oh the pain. The sweet pain.
Or they sell you her route on a fandisc (which is like the DLC of visual novels).............

Path out of darkess? Riiiight
- Ixrec will probably drop the translation scene after Comyu, and no, this is not an statement from him or anything, just speculation on my part because of how much his speed dropped and how busy he is with his new job and and real-life stuff.
- Who knows what koestl will do after he finish the Grisaia trilogy, he might quit after finishing translating the third game.
- Aroduc already said he's retiring, he probably just took the job on Seinarukana because Peter Payne (JAST owner) is paying him.
- TakaJun (Aiyoku no Eustia and Majikoi) = dead. (Real life responsibilities).
- Wairu translations (Last update was December 03 - 2013) so you can consider them dead for the time being.
And the rest are slow as fuck and show like 1-5% progress every few months.
So no, the dark age is nowhere near finishing yet, in fact, is just beggining
