I have a suggestion. As I saw, users already started going off-topic on threads, making them into unrelated chat threads. If you want to keep the threads clean, as well as this forum, I suggest you to make a sub-forum such as "The Lounge", "Off Topic" or something similar, where people can make chat threads or any other threads on which they'll have their freedom.

Here's a trailer on Youtube, for the ones who can't see it on the site:

Katawa Shoujo - Discussion Thread
PhiBrainChild replied to PhiBrainChild's topic in Eroge General Talk
I searched for a similar thread but I didn't find one, or I missed one. Anyway I definitely agree with you about the best routes. -
Why not? It's simple. Just rate it by your tastes. For yours I would say: 9/10. It looks pretty nice.

http://www.goodanime.net/images/tasogare-otome-x-amnesia.jpg This is a very interesting mystery anime that would like both anime and VN fans. It is an ecchi one as well, but totally worth watching. Feel free to share your opinion about it.

Maybe we're not the only one, but the least I could to is to help people understand the story behind it.
-
My suggestion would be Dragon Nest. Totally anime style dungeon-type MMORPG with really nice PvP. Other than that, you may be interested in Divine Souls and Continent of the Ninth (C9).

This is not exactly a game. It's a simulation meant to give a better experience to the one that read the story.

This game has gone really well on the other forums so why not try it here? Counting that my post is the first, I can't rate anyone. I hope you'll enjoy the game!

http://s.vndb.org/cv/59/2059.jpg This was my first visual novel, and I would like to hear your opinion about it. It has a really deep story, a lot of romance, and if you ask me, in certain ways it is educational.

http://s.vndb.org/cv/14/1014.jpg I would like to hear your opinion about this visual novel. For those who still didn't read it, I definitely recommend it if you like detective stories, with gore. For me, it was really amusing and I can't wait for the sequel that has yet to be announced.

Thanks for your welcoming. I've already read all the visual novels I mentioned in my post above. -
I've read this novel and finished Kirimiya's route. Well, I did end up with an unpleasant ending but when I summed up what I've read, I found this visual novel rather amazing. It does have a lot of H scenes, but other than that it has a really interesting storyline.

how did you end up in the world of eroge
PhiBrainChild replied to erogeking's topic in Eroge General Talk
It was rather unexpected in my case. I'm originally anime fan. As for that I have a friend that (at that time) I had recently got him into anime. Out of nowhere, he sent me a link which led to my first visual novel. -
If you want a romance kind of visual novel, I definitely recommend you Katawa no Shoujo.
-
If you want your brain to work hard, I would suggest you Kara no Shoujo. But I warn you, this visual novel has a lot of gore scenes combined with an adequate music. If you're not ready for that, then I don't have anything to suggest.

You've managed to make this a chat thread. It would be wise to make a individual chat thread, in order to keep the other threads clean. Back to the topic: There is a sequel to the Deardrops and it's called d2b VS DEARDROPS -Cross the Future-. Well it's not purely Deardrops visual novel, but I hope it's a nice one. It is out, but there's still no English version for it. I hope the English version comes out any time soon.

Introductions:the introductions thread
PhiBrainChild replied to switch's topic in General Discussions & Debates
Hello. I joined the forum so it would be normal to introduce myself. I'm 17 years old, from Serbia. I like anime, games, computing and reading visual novels. I encountered first visual novel about a year ago, maybe a bit more. That visual novel would be Katawa Shoujo. After getting fascinated by it, I decided to try out some other like Yume Miru Kusuri, Kara no Shoujo and Deardrops. As I heard this forum is recently made so, I'm looking forward to find out about other interesting material, getting to know other members, and helping with forum as much as I can.
