  1. Huh?! Like seriously?!? The community doesn't care that much about Mashiro!? ...I feel a slight gap open between me and the rest of the world... ... well then I'll be part of that proud minority I guess^^
  2. Males: 1. Hyoudou Issei - Highschool DxD (that's the way a harem protagonist should act) 2. Kirigaya Kazuto - SAO (way to imbalanced) 3. Sora - No Game No Life [] 4. Simon - Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann 5. Lelouch - Code Geass (world domination!) Females: 1. Enju - Black Bullet (full loli power!!!) 2. Jibril - No Game No Life (drool moment made her get up to 2nd place) 3. Victorique de Blois - Gosick (loli power!!!) 4. Mine - Akame ga Kill (will soon get an anime adaption) 5. Asada Shino - SAO (GGO character, will also air soon) Dammit, there are so much characters I can't eve
  3. She actually is, but that doesn't strike me as an especially annoying trait. Don't say that. Being a childhood friend doesn't mean one is an annoying character. For example take... uhh... err... right, Asuho from Hoshimemo was a nice childhood friend. Took me a lot of time to come up with one who's a stereotype and still a nice childhood friend, so I have to say I'm quite proud of myself. Why not, they're easy to manipulate ...err, influence for the protagonist ^^ She's one of those few characters whose name just has to come up somewhere in your argument and boooom:
  4. If I remember correctly, she's more of an airhead/stupid brat than an annoying brat. ...btw it seems we got a little racism against foxes going on here. They don't always play tricks on people, or at least not in visual novels. Guess you guys need a massive beating by Mashiro's hammer of justice!
  5. The presence of vampire content usually shouldn't hinder the translation progress of the project. Those are just unlucky coincidences. Besides, MML doesn't focus that much on vamp-content as fortune arterial and dracu riot (unless you go for the vamp heroine probably)... Goddammit, it even has a mage loli (!!!), a kitsune heroine and more than anything: a mage loli (high importance) ---->regarding translator morale the project should be fine
  6. Clearly the amount of luck necessary would cause the destabilisation of space-time. So if we ever gather the amount of luck necessary to get an Eushully vn translated, the same amount of bad luck would kick in to restabilize space-time. This means the translation would be canceled at 90-95%... with all translated data lost. Therefore---> Eushully game translation: not happening.
  7. Wahahahahahahaha... Thanks dude, you made my day ^^
  8. Fixed. This makes me wanna play a game with sibling incest again... An imouto-heroine is kinda awesome, right. ^^
  9. Yup. If they keep up the good work, they should be done around 2020, considering that they are already working on it for ~9 months. However, HatsuSaku is probably closer to a duke nukem, since it's gotten retranslatet from scratch after the first project died. (On a side-note, all those duke nukem jokes aren't as funny anymore since the game got released... makes me sad)
  10. For nostalgic reasons I was roaming around alice-soft titles on vndb. There seems to have been something going on with Daiteikoku, though I don't know if we can expect much progress in the future. However, the project seems to have been revived long ago. Source
  11. Good to see some progress on Comyu and Kurukuru. I'm pretty hyped for yandere heroines, and that last route on comyu gotta be awesome anyways. Koiken Otome is pretty good as well, and I would also be hyped for it (it has Coodere power) if I hadn't already read it... Though we must not forget all the great projects out there, that weren't able to be honored with an update this week. (I've already read Hatsuyuki Sakura as well and am therefore not that much hyped for an update on it, but it clearly belongs to the "great vn" section) On a side note, I didn't know that the Tenshin R
  12. Objection! There really were better times in the golden past of vn-translations! I remember Ryuu posting a link to an older status update post, around christmas 2012... there were around twice a many updates as we got now, and three completed projects in one week (and I guess the list was shorter, but I haven't counted that). And now people say it's an accomplishment to have 3 competed projects in what? a quarter?? insane-mode switch turns on... less project updates per week > less new translated vn's > less energy > death > we will all die > whaaaaaa!!! insane-mode
  13. Welcome, Idomeneus! (Yeah, I know, late and whatnot, sry) As all the sane members of this forum (and 99% of the insane ones, which are a large majority that I proudly admit membership of), I shall welcome you in our secret lair. Indeed, the loli-kingdom is a great place to hang around. But please do not judge heroines on their loli-affinity alone, you may miss some great stories with deep impact. It's actually better than some deep silence. Good job on getting the forum a little bit livelier! In case this is a serious post: This is getting a little bit overboard.
  14. Coμ, Fate and Cannon Ball... the few decent projects that managed to move forward this week. Da Capo 3 – 5.1% translated overall... ok, this is gonna take some years... It indeed seems that way. Could be just my imagination, but I faintly remember times when a quarter to a third of Ryu's "translation status post" was painted in red... maybe we hit a depression or something...
