Yeah, i was expecting it to have mediocre results, i mean, spice and wolf type anime are amazing, but most people are after stuff like To loveRu...Which is unfortunate. That was my thing though, 12 episodes with that much plot and stuff they were trying to squeeze in? It kinda hurt it, like putting a 8 inch into a loli. but chea. Im hoping for a season two, and expect one. But maybe it might pick up, then again, it might share the same fate as S&W... TT.TT

I have just finished maoyuu maou yuusha recently. A 12 episode fantasy anime made by some of the same crew who brought you the godly anime spice and wolf. I was just wanting some others view on the anime to get an idea of how it might be received in general. Im hoping for a second season in the future, and since it just finished there isn't allot of talk as compared to things such as the new to loveru season. My thoughts on it are pretty positive. I loved the anime dearly. It echoed spice and wolf in good ways, yet still retained this independence. At the beginning it did give me a little moe, and gives a small amount of fanservice at parts, but it has the meat, being the plot, really shining. Overthrowing ignorance, plague, corruption is a difficult hurdle in the time of this anime, it being relative to the middle ages, and very awesome to watch how things fall in place. The merchant guild in the anime really reminded me of spice and wolf, yet was not so in depth, due to teh fact that there are multiple perspectives and such. things moved along well, and i really got an idea of how a war might be fought economically as well. Lastly, it stirred my emotions high at points in the anime, i do cry allot, but it happened a good bit, not as crazy as clannad seasons 1+2, ahaha. Last episode made my stomach hurt from nervousness, lol. Now, i was disappointed that there were only 12 episodes, i thought that it would go to 26. But of course, the unfortunate fate of some good anime is that their studios have to play safe dude to funding. And it needs more episodes to flesh out its good points, being well rounded in both trade, and medieval warfare. It gave a good look into it, but needs more time to shine, a diamond in the rough if you will. It is hard to combat against many harem anime nowadays with harem stuff being thrown out there all the time like they are made on assembly lines, so it may not do good with being received (this is just opinion, so if it may seem inaccurate or too speculatory, ignore this please). Or it may be left hanging like spice and wolf was unfortunately after another season. Lets hope for the best I highly recommend this anime looking for something really entertaining. I can't wait till i see a season 2. So if anybody has watched it, can you tell me what you think? I appreciate yalls time in reading this. *Bows* And here is one of the main characters, the "demon king" who teams up with the hero to make the world a better place.

Something overlooked by allot of people is music in video games. It adds to the feeling of the moment, that apex of adrenaline, when the protagonist may be doing something memorable, or going through hardships. People don't notice it as much, but if video games lost their music, the masses might then realize the importance. As for anime, it has become pretty popular. The opening and ending themes having catchy tunes that make you want to download them. Can we get some names of songs, where their from? Feel free to post download links or vids as well. I would say the best OST in a video game...would be either from halo two or three. The halo series is the apex of great OST's in my opinion. Um, fer anime... True enough. Anime and visual novels do have their differences. I like moe more in anime myself. Since im in the kinda first person view of the character, I want more... personnel connection with a character. Moe doesn't do that with me in that area. And yeah, I know that one picture from Zero. I didn't feel like looking for a good kiss x sis pic.

I dont really want to vote either. I think they are both important. Don't anime want to appeal to both sides if they can? I mean, you can have both. Extremes for me in general are a bad thing, moderation is my favorite position when it comes to these things. Looking at one of my favorite anime, Zero no Tsukaima, it has a great blend of story and ecchi. It had both groups going. You switch to an extreme like what happened in (I think, cant remember, either 2 or 3) the second season to which a new director put really nothing but ecchi everywhere, your gonna get burned. Sure enough fans busted the guys balls. Everything is all about balance. Moe is like the right amount of icing on a good cupcake, the cake being story. You don't like too much, but if you don't have any icing, you almost have a muffin. Although I do have to say kiss x sis had nothing but ecchi yet it was still superbly awesome.

Hmm, I hope to teach about the occult one day, post military. But besides books concerning the occult, I'm a picky reader. Currently Im on the last book in the legend of drizzt series, and the stupid library wont get it fast enough, so im in the sellsword. Which it is about characters in the series. R.A. Salvatore is a good author. The Wizard Lord series is good. The first book is nice because it has such and original idea, and the central conflict and solution aren't as clear cut as many other stories, which puts heroics in a different perspective. If anyone wants to discuss the occult or magick, I would be greatly interested.

Oh, most defiantly. I was thinking that for a while. I'm surprised it isn't added in fantasy eroge. Kamidori had different races, why not some furries? Although, arguably, MGQ has furries. Like tamomo's lieutenant, or the behemoth girl. But a true furry eroge would be nice.

Out of the like, million, I can say maybe Horo the wise wolf from Spice & Wolf and Louise from zero no Tsukaima. A very tough question indeed. It is hard to decide between them, as well as Astraea from sora no otoshimono. Why? She may be 2d, but her personality is 3d, she is fleshed out, smart, sarcastic, downright gorgeous, and a wolf. I find myself imagining me and her, living on a farm, and siring children together, enjoying a simple life. I mean, who more could personify a real girl other than her. Imma tsundere-loli man, although she isn't really a loli, but Horo is REALISTICALLY tsundere! Anyways... Louise, is a little less realistically tsundere than Horo, but SHE IS DAMN CUTE! >.
