Chaos;Head

Wondering if this is any good, I watched the anime a long time ago but I never got past Ep. 2. But since i saw something like 50+ fbook likes im willing to try out the VN version.

I've downloaded it but haven't fnished it yet...got caught up with another VN

Awesome story, i recommend to play the vn first before you watch the anime

was an amazing story, i felt some points dragged out a little tho

i had the feeling while reading that i have seen this before so im not sure if im going back to when i was younger and i could see things before they happen

unless i watched the anime in my sleep

anyhow im gonna try get all the cg and work out the little pulses through out the game

its worth the download . One of the best vn i have read. Haven't seen the anime because though (probably because of the bad reviews it got)

I've watched the anime and if your not sharp enough then you would not appreciate the story but the anime is good and I hope this game will fill the hole what's not in the anime like the h-scene.

I more than recommend this VN , The Anime adaptation of C;H was horrible though.

I think you need read this title before try Chaos;Child.

Good lord, I watched that anime, and it is a contender for the worst anime I've seen. And I've seen the Tsukihime anime.

I know right , that's precisely why I will not watch Chaos;Child anime before read the Visual Novel

It's impossible to make a good adaptation of 50+ hours of story in 12 episodes.

A tip for anyone here in 2021: all the previous comments are outdated. Just download the file and launch the game with your system locale set to Japan and you should have no issues :)

Yeah, I occasionally update my posts with new links. Previous version was quite tricky to install and some people had problems, but the current one is just extract-and-play.

Removed 10 year old comments that are no longer relevant.

So I played this normally for a few weeks with no issue. Turned it on today and suddenly all the girls are in their underwear and I don't know why or how to turn it off. Google tells me there is an underwear patch, so I assume it was bundled in to the version available for download now, but I played for weeks and this just happened suddenly. Anyone have any idea how to turn it off? I don't actually appreciate playing a game where all the characters are undressed 100% of the time. It's kind of unnerving and ruining the game for me.

Edit: in case anyone else encounters this, what I've been doing as a workaround is to backup my save files, delete the game data entirely (both the folder the game gets extracted to as well as the game folder located in c:/users/[user]/appdata/roaming/nitroplus/chaos;head. Then extract the game again, run it once, close the game, add your backups to the new chaos;head folder that was created, start the game again, load your save data and they should all be back in their uniforms until whatever tf triggers them to lose their clothes happens again, repeat process.

When I press play, the game closes, what should I do?
