Anyways, I suggest the Muv Luv Series if you haven't checked it out already. It's Muv Luv + Muv Luv Alternative. Muv Luv is Muv Luv Extra + Unlimited. Extra is okay but is mostly for character and background info, while Unlimited is a big step up and Alternative is just in a whole different ballpark... it's the highest rated VN on vndb. If you've already played the series, then maybe Hoshizora No Memoria might go down your path since you seem to like a good dose of romance.
