your best old game ?

So for everyone in erogegames forum, especially our senior member and above, list your favorite old VN games. Games that you had finished but you still love to play it even now. And reasons why you love those game. Oh and i can't really define what is old game cause we have different opinion regarding that, so just go with what you think is old

It's gotta be Yu-No hands down. The point n click gameplay really works for an adventure VN plus because its old it gives some serious nostalgia value for its music and art.

True Love ~Jun'ai Monogatari~

 

Can't really say it's something I play anymore, but this one holds a special value for me being the first ever VN I played back in my teens when I didn't even know what VN's were.

 

Surprisingly enough I found the game pretty enjoyable even years later when I got into VN's and decided to play it again.

[Zero Dilemma]

Ever 17 I guess? It was first released back in 2002 for Dreamcast. Now I replay it to better understand the story.

Kamidori maybe, because I already at my 4th playthrough and this is the second time I played that with no defeat challange.

Probably Nocturnal Illusion for me. Haven't re-played it in years, and I'm not sure if it'd hold up by modern standards (especially interface is tedious), but it was something magical to teenager me.

I second that, there was something different about this game.. maybe the music coupled with the horror/mystery aspect. It's very memorable for me.

Private Nurse was my first "new" h-game, felt it was fairly touching.

For me True Love, Nocturnal Illusion, Tokimeki Check-in! (a pain to made the BGM work though) and Same as Ivan these games are something of a nostalgia for me. I still remember playing them till daybreak couple of times.

The old Rance games, in fact I prefer them over the newer ones by far. My favourite being Kichikuou Rance.

Galaxy Angel, it is still the best space focused VN to this day.

Why? because it is the first one i played and its the only one I know/played that was released with an option to play it in my mother tongue.
