Two childhood friends attend Takafuji Gakuen: Yuuki, who wants to fall in love, and Chisato, who hates chocolates. They are part of the food research club along with their friend and classmate Mifuyu. Even though it’s a food research club, they don’t actually do anything except for buying candy with the club budget and enjoying their time together. It is an irreplaceable place to them. However, the club’s existence is in danger with one of the student council president candidates, Satsuki, vowing to close all clubs that don’t do anything. Since their club is in this list, they do their best to save it but there’s no other way but to participate in the student council president elections and defeat her. Yuuki is persuaded by Chisato to run in the election. At first he isn’t interested at all, but since the club members are trying their hardest, he too wants to win to save the club. -

Just 200 meters from the school gate, I find myself standing still, sighing as I gaze up at the sky. But nothing can stay the same forever. Everything has to change," she murmurs, her voice trailing off. "Can you still like this place, even then?" "You just need to find what you love about it, right?" I chime in, catching her off guard. "You haven't really thought about what makes you happy here, have you?" Back when we were younger, everything seemed simpler—everyone felt that way at some point. "Come on, let's go," I say. And together, we begin to climb the long, winding slope. -

Generally, I try to get the best versions possible for releases. Some very old titles are simply very hard to find or the files got cut in one way or another, due to bandwidth requirements (so-called scene RIPs - one hardly encounters them nowadays, since bandwidth is cheap as fuck, but back in a days it was very common for scene groups to release games with cutscenes cut etc. in order to save space - for example Diablo 1 was 700MB for full version and 150MB with into/outro movies removed). MirrorMoon (group who did Fate/Stay Night translation) was sitting on a patch for months, because one of members (Message) insisted on making installer for English patch. That became a meme of sorts in meantime, with rumors about features the brand new installer will have, some among them being bringing a world peace and so on... As for issue at hand - there are plenty cheap and even free/open source solutions that JAST could use - most support CRC sum checking and split parts without problems. Delivering the data shouldn't be a problem either, with abundance of content delivery solutions, like Amazon AWS/EC3, anyone remotely competent should be able to set up reasonable download system that could handle 10s of thousands of downloads....
