They edited out some tracks from first Higurashi release due to licensing issues. As for actual game "content" - they wanted to cut out loli-looking girl scene from Soul Link, but after uproar, they backed down and released game intact.

It uses e-mote system, just like Nekopara does (albeit this one doesn't have "bounciness" slider setting ). Once you get used to it, it's kinda hard how "static" other games' sprites appear to be. I bet more and more games will use it - what a time to be alive
