  1. Koihime Musou Koihime Musou | Eroge Download I am only in so far, but yeah, I would already recommend it. Anyone who wants to play/ read that, do get the voices and voice-patch - it is really worth it. Some of the characters resp. their dialogue is hilarious, and the voice-acting really adds to that. Eg. the Sousou and Enshou leaders going at each other, 've been chuckling a lot over that. I shall try to remember using Obaa-san as an insult like that. What I did not like much so far is that after the Yellow Turbans have been done with, way too many new characters get introduced in practically no time and with not enough information about them - sometimes three or four at once, so you need to pay too much attention as to who is who, and for most instances you also get few to no hints as to who you should remember and who will only be a background character. I started taking notes, but soon after gave up on even that. Just like looking up maps of China-at-the-time. In a few instances I think it wasn't even explained at all - there was a dialogue among 3 or 4 (new) characters at Toutaku headquarters, where they were talking about someone Yue who needs to be protected, and iiuc. it was never explained who this Yue would be. Everyone sporting 4 or so names also doesn't really help with this problem. The battles - well, I left off yesterday camping outside Luoyang, so they should only start becoming more interesting, hopefully. The last one (vs. Ryoufo as general) did not make much sense and did not fit well with how the story then proceeded : The best result I was able to achieve was 2,500 survived and 7,500 casualties, but the story advanced with somewhat inappropriate celebrating the victory, and also as if this heavily reduced "army", losing even more men in story mode after that fight would still be good/ strong/ to consider. :/ The other thing somewhat annoying about battles is that I don't see how I can toggle fullscreen/window, resp. call the config dialogue when the novel is in (pre-)battle mode. If someone knows of a keyboard shortcut or so for that - please tell. But this bickering aside - story (mostly) and characters (strongly) are really enjoyable.
  2. I only know the anime/ OVA for Sono Hanabira, but iirc. that one wasn't exactly for lovers of big breasts ? Same for NekoPara Vol1, but that should fall into the "too big in filesize" category anyways. Nekopara Vol2 however sports a big-breasted catgirl. (did not yet read Vol2) --------------------------- Games that need to be installed - would your father really search the registry for dubious stuff ? Then, once you run out of "play from download" games, maybe you could set up a virtual machine. All signs of installation would then go into the virtual machine. For not so demanding 2d-titles this should be feasible on a modestly modern pc. yeah, quite some hassle. About the installing/copying/uninstalling/play from the no-more-installed-copy idea and entries in the registry - uninstalling should remove this data from the registry. Sometimes un-installers do their work sloppily and leave stale/ unneded entries. This can be solved by exporting the registry (windows then removes data for which no installed program exists anymore), and then re-importing that "cleaned" exported registry. About filesize/ being on a limit - I suggest to rather look at gameplay per filesize. A 700MB download that keeps you busy for 10 hours or 4x200MB downloads that run for 2 hours each - the bigger download here has the better quotient. just a thought. -------------------- Too bad about the filesize limit :-(, else I could have recommended Boob Wars (I am somewhere in the middle of it myself) It has "anime 2d look", is quite funny, half the female population has big breasts (some porn scenes involving a "flat-chest" also have a "big-breast" along-side), the quick+easy card-battle sequences can be skipped (=won) and it runs right from the unzipped download. Boob Wars | Eroge Download Boob Wars 2 also runs from the download, that's all I can say about it.
  3. hi. Please, I do not understand this part. Can someone explain ?
  4. hi. I am a newbie and had no reason to try this myself, so without any "warranty" - but at least some VNs* you should be able to install them, then copy the installed game folder to somewhere else, uninstall the game, and still be able to play from the copied folder. That copied folder you then also should be able to have it on an USB-stick or such ... I suggest just trying that with titles you already have, and take notes what engine those VNs for which that works run on, other VNs that run on the same engine(s) should be likely to also work that way. (*I am thinking of eg. MonMusu here, that one I was able to play from any copied-to-anywhere folder, although I may never have "uninstallled" along the way.) ---------------- Sorry, with me being newbie, as in unexperienced, I can not recommend titles. The few I know I am not sure if you'd like them.
