  1. I heard that group was known for being trolls. Try not to get your hopes too high up. Anyways, Real Imouto ga Iru looks like a great comedy VN, so that's something to look forward to. Theoretically speaking, if the translator's english is good enough or he gets really good editors, no one will know that it's a inaccurate translation. Also, I know that Yandere is probably just a terrible niche game, but I want to play it!! Nice to see that the translation's moving along.
  2. Yuno is an adventure game like Phoenix Wright. Except much more annoying since it has time travel, jewel saves, mumbo jumbo, GRAAHH!! Very good story even though I had to restart from the beginning of the timeline multiple times because of clicking too fast. Normal VN clicking is fine for me.
  3. Muv Luv Alternative is currently my favorite, but that's because I really like Mecha and there's only one other mecha eroge out there. Ever 17, Fate Stay Night, G-Senjou No Maou, Katawa Shoujo, and Sengoku Rance are all close seconds. It's hard to put them in order since they are hard to compare to each other.
  4. I'm playing Yu-no right now. I like the story, but the clicking is starting to get on my nerves. I will finish it though.
  5. Huh, I tried that game out of boredom earlier today and was pleasantly surprised. Maybe it's only because my personal experiences are somewhat similar to the backstory of the protagonist and because I was expecting it to be utterly horrible as a OELVN, but I actually did like it. Personal rating of 7.5/10 if that means anything. The best way to describe it would be as a very toned down version of even if it's somewhat of a spoiler.
  6. Lotte No Omocha is one of my favorite manga. It helps that it was made by the character designer of Disgaea.
  7. I once got caught playing Sengoku Rance by my 9 year old sister. She asked who Rance was and I told her that he was an evil man. While I am cautious around my family members, my dorm hall mates don't care at all. They judge me a little, but they are all good people.
  8. I just tried Homeward, an OELVN that came out recently. It was actually surprisingly good. Not too ground breaking or emotional, but not too cliched either. Characters were well fleshed out through interactions with each other. Surprisingly the game as a whole ended up being less overblown version of School Days. It might be because I entered into it with zero expectations, but I like it.
