There is a hidden portal two squares away to the right from the second deployment gate. I see that you have completed the extra stories. If I'm not mistaken then the remaining CGs are from the Extra Stories > Angelic Blessing. Just try to open the Extra Stories again, it should has three choices: An Angel's Melancholy, Hot Springs Tales and Angelic Blessing.
