The gates of Heaven are closed shut; the realm of Hell consumed by flood. And in their wake, countless parallel worlds wither away, one after another. The surviving angels and demons gather at the city they believe to be their final chance at salvation: the floating purgatory of "Tokyo Babel".

Joined by humans, they embark on a pilgrimage across the seven layers of Babel, hoping to ascend Jacob's Ladder in an effort to re-open the gates of Heaven. Their journey would be an atonement toward the heavens.

And yet, their plans fall into ruin as a group of pilgrims -- their minds consumed by madness - set out to lord over the numerous layers of Tokyo Babel with the intention to wreak complete and utter havoc atop the floating purgatory.

Amidst this neverending impasse, a lone youth is saved from the ruins of his devastated world - Tendou Setsuna, a man denied human treatment since birth.

Joining his savior, Lilith - known as the Witch of the Night, he begins his journey across Tokyo Babel...

...yearning for an answer to a single question: Why he still possesses the will to keep on living.

A minute into the game and I had to stop because I was like.... wait a minute. Araragi? Yeah turns out it was the same voice actor.

I am not sure if this greatly enhances the game or will completely ruin it by having araragi do whatever it is he does in this game.

Edit: Going through their list, they have some pretty big voice actors. It actually looks like all of their VAs have pretty significant experience / previous roles. This should be good.

Since you guys are trying it, could you two check if theres a problem when you select the guy with unknown background? My game seems to crash after they enter a classroom after that choice. But I also downloaded from another site so I want to know if this download doesnt have the same issue. Thanks.

I have no issue with that...

So... The problem might lies in the site you downloaded the game...

In a world divided by a wall, humans and vampires live in a tense ceasefire that could break with just one wrong move. However, some still believe in the prophecy that will end the war and the animosity between the two sides once and for all.
    • When campus nobody Seiji is attacked by unhinged space demons, it’s his classroom crush Yuuri who shows up to save the day! Her magical-girl powers easily vanquish the enemy, but a surprise ambush forces her to dive in harm’s way to shield him—leaving both fatally wounded. Luckily, Miss Fujiko arrives on the scene with an enchanted thread to bind both their life forces, saving them from certain death.

Over the next three months as Seiji and Yuuri slowly recover, the pair are on doctor’s orders to stay within one meter of each other or risk snapping their “red string of fate.” This means shacking up together and pretending to be a couple to avoid their classmates’ suspicions, but despite the clueless Yuuri claiming to be a “one-woman fortress with zero openings,” her natural powers of seduction quickly result in awkward situations that test poor Seiji’s sanity and self-control...

With his dream girl only centimeters away at every waking moment, will Seiji finally summon the courage to shoot his shot?
    • Average joe Seiji encounters another magical-girl wonderkid—this time in the form of the mysterious Maja Krienke at his neighborhood park! Intrigued by her aloof charm and possible hidden motive, he tries to say something, when a Majin appears out of nowhere to reveal Maja’s true identity—a ruthless warrioress in cahoots with evil in exchange for the darker arts...

Stunned, Seiji agrees to serve as Maja’s familiar—or “satellite”—to aid them in taking down another, rival Majin’s demon hordes. He also stands to gain an impressive array of powers, but as a trade-off, he is now tightly bound to Maja by a magical tether, connecting him to her around the clock! As fate would have it, this rope is essential for Seiji to receive a steady supply of magical force—or risk his new satellite body collapsing in the mortal realm.

Forced into cohabitation with the lovely Maja effective immediately, he soon learns of her “unique” blindspots—for better or worse, her guard stays perpetually down around our loyal but increasingly frustrated hero, resulting in plenty of questionable close calls and near-accidents... Will an unlikely summer shack-up stir up something else between them, or will Seiji forever remain her indentured servant?
    • Japan has entered a new era, but Seiji’s life still remained the same. The only recent change has been Maja’s transfer to his class last winter.

However, one night he was attacked and had his life force drained by his underclassman Kanoko. She was actually a magic girl who protects people from monsters, but then why did she attack him? Did it have something to do with her family being attacked by monsters in the past?

It was decided by the magic girl society that Kanoko will stay together with him while they determine the cause of the unnatural changes to her body. Normally she is quite calm and collected, but living with her opened his eyes to another side of her. What will become of their time together full of unexpected intimate incidents?
    • Shou and Ren arrived at a beautiful town full of colourful flowers. They met the three sisters Haru, Kotose and Yukina, who run the cafe “Famille”, and he starts working there in exchange for a bed to sleep in.

In the middle of the night, Shou follows Haru far away from the town to a hill covered with flowers as far as the eye could see. He watched as a little girl whom Haru was embracing turned into a flower under the large moonlit tree. She noticed his presence and smiled lonesomely while looking fondly at the beautiful flowers in full bloom.

“I have survived up till now in this world by doing this. But I still want to continue living… even if it’s in exchange for other people’s lives.”

Shou looked up at the petals which fluttered down and responded:

“No matter what this world forces upon you, no matter how many people won’t forgive you... I’ll still pray for this world to end.”
