We need to start arranging few user to contribute to become a staff-whatsoever.

I believe that we should wait a little bit with creating a staff. At first we've to see how things are working out.

After some time it's obviously also way easier to realize which people are reliable etc.

I don't think the forums are really big enough or sorted out enough for staff yet. Ivan said it'd be "By fans, for fans" so I assume we'll have elected staff members when it comes to it.

Elected staff members could be abused... I think Ivan should appoint them if more staff is needed.

Maybe he could appoint a Super Mod, who then oversees the election of normal mods to make sure it isn't abused?

Ivan told us he'd choose several people, and let the rest of the members vote on them. Or maybe he'll change his mind and chooses mods himself. Eitherway, Ivan has the power

When the forum is big enough, Ivan will have to implement a system in wich new users who create new threads have to be approved first....like:

 

New user has to have 10 approved posts/threads in order to post normally, that system worked like charm in the other forum I was mod, a lot of spamming was avoided that way.

I always hope that "erogedownload" has a forum by just seeing the tons of comments of every game.... thank God it has this now!!!

New user has to have 10 approved posts/threads in order to post normally, that system worked like charm in the other forum I was mod, a lot of spamming was avoided that way.
