There are no H-scenes patch nor uncensor patch. Neko couldn't get their hands on permission to uncensor things from the Japanese dev themself so there's no uncensored version. The game was 18+ from the get go. Steam has opened its gate for hentai, no needs to censor or cut content anymore.

In this matter I agree with both Omega and Napoleon. I don't consider VN as game because it lacks interactivity, which is--in my opinion--the main element in any game. Sure we've to pick choices in a lot of VNs, but as long as it don't have prominent gameplay features then I still consider it more on the side of "passive" entertainment medium. -

It all depends on your preferences really. What kind of genre do you like? Pure love story? Moe (cutesy stuff)? Gore? Horror? Or even sci-fi maybe? -
You should at least try Breath of Iron and Fire Nap, it's regarded as legend by some people on ULMF. It also has semi 3D graphics.

A lot of older pc games are not compatible with Win10. Try using XP compatibility mode. -
