If you've seen it, then you would probably have known that there aren't many pegging VNs to begin with, let alone having an english translation. Only one I know is Discipline: The Record of a Crusade, while the next MangaGamer nukige title Imouto Paradise also has it (quite surprisingly, I didn't expect that tbh), if VNDB tag is to be trusted.
