I think JC Staff is really putting their budget into Sakura-sou and not this. The animation quality is pretty crap.

I feel like Deardrops was a lot of wasted potential. Yayoi and Rimu routes were like afterthoughts. Kanade's ENDING is good, route is pretty meh. I did like the Kira Kira cameos though. I recommend playing Kira Kira and Curtain Call before Deardrops. Not necessary, but I do like them better. Music is catchier too.
