I would recommend using vndb.org to search for your specific... tastes. The tag system there is very helpful. Start looking at the Orion Heart page and click on the tags that appeal to you and try and find similar games in that fashion.. good luck and welcome. -
よぉ～ question about ITH since youve been using it longer than me. I assume you're on 3.0? For some reason my ITH saves the profile but doesn't save the h-code, i have to input it each time i start up the VN =( any advice?

The art in this game looks older so its nostalgic but at the same time its good enough to stand alongside contemporary CG art. If Ryu says its a must read I'm definitely putting this on my to-read list In fact this review telling me its a must-read is making me look forward to this; the vndb scores must not give it justice, as happens often with older games and nukiges.

gyaruge encompasses both i think, although who plays genuine dating sims nowadays I just skimmed through the OVAs for euphoria (the last one came out like last month apparently) and they're virtually the same character lmao

Yea, Tomoyo After felt completely different from her original route in Clannad. If i remember correctly, things differ between her afterstory and clannad route. She was my fav in Clannad but play her afterstory at your own peril lol. regarding your OP, listen to what killer says

I've been scouring everywhere for this partial english patch and can't find it anywhere. According to vndb it was released by tokidan but the projects now dead, however they did release a partial english patch for the prologue. Anyone have any clue as to where to get it? I'd very much appreciate it

haha yup thats the one. idk why but ive always really liked that one and its ending, but when i watched the anime i was so disappointed cause they diverged from the story at episode 9 and it really ruined it i thought.
TWGOK was unfortunate, i think it was getting unpopular so it just kind of ended.. to be honest the last arc was really boring compared to the previous arcs, its like he was building up to something big but the lead up was so slow and people couldnt stick through it..
sora no otoshimono was great though

have you ever read Kashima City Girl Meets Girl? thats the one manga that has always stayed in my memory probably my favorite one for some odd reason. I just really like protags like that

I recently finished Yukizakura/ Snow Sakura and also Eidelweiss. These were my last two fully translated VNs i read before i moved on to partial patches and tool assisted reading of japanese ones.. Yukizakura was a short and sweet VN, straightforward and with really nice ラブラブ。 Eidelweiss.. the routes in this VN were so drastically different from route to route. Moneyslut was by far my favorite route and it was also the least convuluted. I dont think ill ever understand Overdrive, i can never find a vn from them that i fully like. After deardrops I wasnt gonna play another VN from them, b -
currently playing all the majikoi A series, A-1 was great(except azumi route, fuck that route) now playing A-2 and A-3, doing routes im interested in more first. majikoi over and over forever 100 years majikoi
