Dark Hero Party It's a depressing game, but it's great imo. Psychological ride. Originally known as Thug Hero Party (the better name) Not my first dark rpg though, that probably is gonna be Monster Girl Quest. Also great game series, I would say a classic for hrpg.

Get 7-zip https://www.7-zip.org/download.html free and also open source then just double click on the first file and extract.
