Since i am not that enjoy much of a nukige I will declare that Story is more importance than the drawing But i do agree that Drawing is importance too but it only for the first impression That is why i held out from playing Higurashi due to "irregular" drawing style but when i give it a try then the story hooked me and at that point the picture doesnt matter much anymore... And occasionaly the story can made them cuter too.

Hoshizora : finish two route,really enjoy this one. Komomo's tsundere may be too sterotypical but i like her character anyway. Higurashi: Minnagoroshi-hen(pt7): Not really far in this one but the whole story start to made more sense yet i feel like some plottwists r lurking in the dark

In the case of censoring CG i will accept it only if the original was censored in the first place. But if the translator or publisher censoring them due to loli, distrub content etc. in that case i cant torerate it. Yes i knew it a law things but it pissed me Ps uncensoring CG is a plus of course

The answer you r looking for is yes, you can move an entire folder from other pc and it will work too. I have quite the same problem like you too my xp wont install it no matter what, but it play the moved game folder fine with japanese non unicode thing
