Snow Sakura is good one imo, it around above avarge in term of story. Just a winter theme high school love comedy notthing more notthing less. And by your "decent" among of echhi my guess would be around normal story driven VN not a full on nukige one. yech and Noctural Illusion too if you feel like reading some mystery one (it not too deep mystery but with h scences) and if you really want a good mystery VN check out Higurashi for horror mystery frenzy. muhahaha
