  1. @littleshogun Um, for the title Gin'iro Haruka, did you mean to post "Mizuha's route 68/139 script files translated"? Last week, you posted "Mizuha's route 48/141 script files translated".
  2. Requesting "Doukyuusei Remake": https://vndb.org/v34136
  3. You should add another emoji to the "classic" section. It should be (substituting ";" for ":" so as not to trigger anything by accident) ;classic_meh; and produce Hawkins' avatar.
  4. The vndb.org link you provided for the VN "The Modest Handmaid's Sex Work ~I will be your partner in place of the young mistress~" does not lead to a vndb entry for that title. I'm reasonably certain this is the link you actually wanted: https://vndb.org/v25596 You dropped the "2" out of the link you provided.
  5. I wonder what literal word for word translation of this scene from the original Japanese would be and if the author/translator (depending on who is at fault for this line) realized the contradiction in what they said: The screen shot enclosed in the spoiler box DOES TECHNICALLY contain profanity, so reader beware, but it is really minor and appropriate to the overall scene. Besides, if you are truly offended by this line, you shouldn't be reading 18+ rated VNs anyways.
  6. Now that I look at the picture again there might be one more character from Riddle Joker making an appearance. Sitting across the table from Mibu Chisaki might be Arihara Nanami but the picture is even less clear than for Mibu.
  7. Another heroine from Riddle Joker making a sneak appearance in Cafe Stella. This time it's the minor heroine Mibu Chisaki. Sitting in the back of the cafe, facing away from the camera, second character from the right edge of the screen. She's wearing a hat and most of her is covered by the section divider between tables, so she isn't obvious. I admit, I almost missed her, and this is a very common background image in the VN. One picture via a google search that can be matched against her vndb.org profile page and the picture above.
  8. In the above picture, there is also a purple haired girl with a facing the camera with teal colored eyes wearing a black shirt with what I THINK is called a pink camisole over it (I'm not an expert of women's fashion. If I just put my foot in it and offended a lot of women, my apologies) and holding what might be a smart phone or day planner. She looks familiar but I can't place her. Does anybody recognize her as a character from another VN or is she just a random NPC? She's not Ise Kotori, which would make sense given Mitsukasa Ayase's presence, but she has the wrong eye color to be her.
  9. Another runaway heroine from Riddle Joker sneaking into Cafe Stella. This time it's Mitsukasa Ayase. The pink haired girl in the denim jacket maybe a fourth the of the way in from the right edge and centered vertically. Here's a picture of her via a google search to confirm her identity. Not her best picture, but it shows the out fit and you can match her again her vndb.org entry.
  10. SPOILERS! Don't read this until AFTER chatper 3-8.
  11. Two more characters sneaking into Riddle Joker. This time we have Maniwa Roka on the left, also from Senren * Banka and Shiiba Tsumugi on the right from Sabbat of the Witch, though I couldn't find any decent reference pictures of either of them in those outfits to confirm it. Couldn't find any pictures to of them in those out fits to confirm their identity.
  12. In Riddle Joker, the major heroine Tomotake Yoshino from Senren * Banka makes an appearance as a faceless background character in one of the background images, again in a train station. I guess that's how they're traveling about from one VN to another. The silver haired girl with the yellow shirt and purple skirt more or less right in the middle of the picture. Here's a picture of her from Senren * Banka take from VN's Nekonyan Soft web page.
  13. In Cafe Stella, the minor side character Kariya Wakana from Sabbat of the Witch makes an appearance as a faceless background character in one of the background images used for the train station. She's on the hard right edge of the screen. Here's a picture of her from Sabbat of the Witch via a google search.
  14. So I've noticed that characters from Yuzu Soft VNs make a discreet appearances in other Yuzu Soft VNs . I figured I'd upload the evidence here for kicks and giggles. Edit: April 6th 2022, 1:15 AM EST Most of these pictures so far are from Cafe Stella since that's what I'm reading right now, but I remembered a few other instances from other VNs and dug them up.
  15. So this is just a minor pet peeve in VN design in general, not specific to this title save for the fact this title is also guilty of it. I'm not sure what the proper name for this is but if this were a console video game I would call it a loading screen. The game makers go to the trouble of making a nice bit of artwork to use in transitions from one scene to the next, but transition away from it automatically so fast you don't have a time to truly appreciate it. It should wait on a click of the mouse or some such BEFORE continuing on. As I'm getting fed up with this, I managed to take a decent
  16. Fun fact: The minor side character Kariya Wakana from Sabbat of the Witch makes an appearance as a faceless background character in one of the background images used for the train station. She's on the hard right edge of the screen, but she matches her sprite from Sabbat right down to the outfit. To help identify which BG image I'm referring to it's the same BG image that is up when the protagonist gets into the accident mentioned in the above description of the game.
  17. Finally got it to cooperate. Manually point the V1.060 updater to <DRIVE LETTER>:\...\WarsAndRoses\WarsAndRosesV1.050 where the "WarsAndRoses" folder is the top most folder layer that came out of the .rar archives. It doesn't seem to be able to find it on it's own even if you copy and paste the updater to that location. I'm assuming that the V1.070 updater will work the same. (Yeah, I know, by making that assumption, I just shot my self in the foot. It won't work the same.)
  18. I just got done downloading and extracting Wars and Roses: The .rar archives contain three folders, "WarsAndRosesV1.050", "UpdateV1.060", and "UpdateV1.070". The V1.060 contains an updater, but when i run it, it can't automatically find whatever it's looking for to know where to apply the update files, and it's not given me and hints on where to point it. I've tried copying and pasting it into several likely places in the "WarsAndRosesV1.050" folder but it still hasn't found what it's looking for. Does anybody know where I need to copy and paste it to, or where to point it
  19. Just a suggestion, perhaps you should add Gin'iro Haruka under the "New Projects This Week" section since, while it's technically not "new", it is returning after a very extended absences that it might as well be new. Does anybody know off the top of their head (without having to dig through god knows how many weeks and months of old threads) just how long Gin'iro Haruka HAS been a dead project?
  20. Did the translator come back? I thought this was a dead project.
  21. I've only played the prologue and am still exploring the town on "Day 1", but so far this game has a quality translation (assuming it wasn't English to begin with).

    Blazing Aries

Is this one of those titles where the H-scenes are primarily the heroine getting violated upon defeat?

    Evenicle 2

Useful tidbit of info for this title, you NEED a mouse to play this game. There are keyboard controls to mange dialogue and the text history, and you can use the arrow keys or WASD for basic map movement, but there are no keyboard controls for menu navigation or combat.
  24. Or you could act like the veteran member of this site, which you apparently aren't, and do a quick search by title to come up with the link to download it here for free BEFORE you suggest he spend money. https://erogegames.com/downloads/extras/pretty-soldier-wars-ad-2048-r165/ The only reason I didn't do that already was because all three of those titles are older posts from the original forum style that didn't translate well to the new forum style and doesn't include any of the art work. I defaulted to the vndb.org links because they included screenshots that would be
