Who Called It?! This time the plot line has actually been a little more complex, since they do have a reason for all the new characters. As for the little event that happened at the end of season one between Cinque and Milhi, there has finally been some developement. As for how I think this season (hopefully not the whole story) is gonna end now, based on certain event's throughout the season I think that this time Cinque is gonna stay behind in Flonyard, possibly the whole group.

Okay i half-way agree on Fruits Basket, it was a bad adaptation, but a fairly good anime. But i loved Girls Bravo, then again it helps to know that the main plot point of the story is "innuendo." I don't watch an anime unless I really think i'll like it. Well, I've had close calls with my parents and roomates. My friends know and i got one of them hooked on few that i like. i have all of AO downloaded but i don't think ill ever watch it, Eureka Seven had a good enough ending that it don't need a second Series (although i beleve AO is supposed to finish out the manga adaptation?). and i thought it was only 13 eps? so thats a 1/4 of Eureka Seven (which has 50 eps)

Of those i've seen Love Hina, FMA and Naruto. I liked Love hina, Hated FMA (unless you are talking about FMA Brotherhood), and Naruto is alright. My Favorite animes are Cardcaptor Sakura, Acchi Kocchi, To Love-RU, Fate/stay night, Eureka Seven,..... this list goes on for far to long.

I hear what you are saying, but the first season didn't have any overall plot line that was complex. And as for it being better, it wouldn't be "dog days" if it were any better. I just hope they have a reason for all the new characters they are introing.

As of episode 6, Now they are just having fun with it. I give it 3 more episodes, max, then they get serious. BTW I still love this series.

The only thing i think they could do to screw-up this anime adaptation is mess up how they do the time jumps (a month passed inbetween ep 1 and 2). The music and animation are awesome, the story in the books is awesome so thats the only thing they could mess with. If they do it wrong there will be no sense of continuity (like the way they did ep 2-3 time jump, did they even say how much time had passed in between ep 2 and 3?), if they do it right and stick mostly to the story they'll have a really good anime on their hands.

gonna say one thing in regards to what has been released: This dude has some serious pheremone problems. Every girl that has had close contect with him, wants him, Thats unconfirmed btw.

Okay take Dot Hack plus World of Warcraft plus Hardcore Mode on Diablo 2, and you would get pretty close to SAO. I personally like this because this one of my many life goals. To get stuck mind and body inside a MMORPG, provided I can raise the dead to fight as my servants (Necromancer for the freaking win!!!!!!!!). This is the anime to watch this season I'd say. It is way better that the others I know about that are airing this season, including Dog Days' which is the one I was waiting for. Edit: Also Summer Wars, thats the one i was really thinking of instead of WoW

You guys are thinking to hard about who his sister may or may not be. Besides they aren't gonna give it away in the first 2 episodes. I don't think we will know for sure until ep 10 ish. Since I know a little bit about writing stories I can tell you we will be guessing at least untill then. Besides if we knew who the sister was wouldn't that take all the fun out of the plot line?

I do think a hero from another world save the new world from destruction is a little to cliche for me. But why say you are ashamed a little?
