Yeah like I said, I've seen to many April Fool's jokes that I believed, so I'm a little over cautious. If it is true you can all say I told you so, WHEN and IF it comes out. Sound good?

If you are looking for highschool games Clannad and Kanon are probably the best ones out there. although there is no H stuff in Clannad and the stuff in Kanon is just not good but not bad either.

Oi..... virtual reality is already real (look at the video game worlds), but in order for US (humans) to enter it as you guys are saying we would either super advanced holographic projection technology (possible but not anytime soon, look at Tupac) or we would need a way to send our concious (grrr can't spell it) mind INTO the cyberworld In one form or another. The second one is also possible through several means: 1. a Virtual Reality suit (doesn't realy send your mind but still allows you to personally control your avatar as though you were the avatar), 2. Using a technology LIKE the one in Accel World (this is more dangerous because your are almost literally downloading stuff into your head, what happens when you download a virus?), 3. using the technology out of The Matirx (it is possible but very dangerous). Of these three options the most likly i think is option 1. That is simply because all you would have to use is a modified Green Screen Suit (so that what ever operating system was being used could have your avatar mimic what your body was doing) with some sort of goggles (so it was as though you were looking through the eyes of your avatar) and then have your body suspended with the sensor cables attached to the suit so you could go completely nuts in the cyberworld (your real body would still be moving around and your avatar would mimic the movment) and not bug anyone and you wouldn;t run into a wall you couldn;t see. And heck I suppose that via electrical shock (low voltage so it won't really hurt you) you could simulate pain. Pleasure is a little harder to simulate so you could really feel it. The only problem is that you would have to be confined by the laws of physics (so no superhuman manuvers, unless of coure you can really do that in real life). Magic would still work of course because it is only digital (at least the summoning fireballs kind of magic). Useing this method one could conceiveably enter any virtual world and see it through the eyes of the character, and act as that character. Unfortunently when it comes to any game (including visual novels) you would only be able to see, hear, and (possibly) feel what was happening (not taste or smell at least not yet). And in the case of visual novels you would have to follow a script if you were to act out the main character or you would have to just listen while you watched the game play around you. The great thing is they are already using a version of this idea IN JAPAN (go figure). My friend keeps telling me about a fighting games where they actually use somthing like this so that people fighting each other actually look like they are armored up on screen. You can do all this WITH Technology already in EXISTANCE, (not 100% sure on the goggles but i read about somthing like that recently that Google was working on and i read about another project closer to what i'm talking about years ago, don't know if it ever went through though.

Wait a second, i thought that it was Motto To Love-RU that was the adaptaion of Darkness, your saying they are making a third season? (not counting the OVA season). Edit: I checked the link out and it was posted on the blog the day before April Fool's. But it does look legit, as with OREIMO season 2 I'll believe it when I watch it.

I've seen to many April Fools jokes that I believed (there was one for a Legend of Zelda Liveaction Movie), so while I'm cautiously optomistic, I'll believe it when I watch it.

Yeesh it's the main character that everyone is worried about. I personally hope they actually build up some backstory for the main heroine and the supporting characters. And in the (modified) words of a certain comedian "He's not fat, he's fluffy." okay I'll admit it i had to get around the "fat kid" design too. I think it worked in heaven's lost property but not in this one.

I've never read the manga, so I don't know anything about the seires but still, Was I the only one who thought her dad was a Pervert just from the opening of the first episode? Im assuming you can read the manga on Onemanga or Mangafox right?

Thx, i don;t know what i did differently while installing this game but it works now. The only questions left is how long untill the main character goes crazy because of Reveire (i hope i spelled that right)

First season was hilarious, i loved it!! Havn't started watching the seond season yet though, too busy with other anime. I dont have a favorite heroine from this one yet though.... That's what looks like stupid to me(havn't seen it though so i can't judge), not disturbing, you want disturbing read Elfen Lied and actually pay attention to what they are doing.

Ditto, and then there is the fact that i want to do so many other things. Write a book, get all the anime i can stand, get all the manga i like, learn japanese, start a family, get a tiger for a pet (i'm not kidding), invent netnavis (Rockman.EXE ftw), graduate collage, get a job doing (i don't know what yet)........ the list goes on.

Elfen Lied, I have a fantranslated ver. on my comp that I only read once. I own the anime as well only watched it all the way through twice.

Hey, I start up the application outside the Crack file (which I assume is the installer) and it get all the way to the actuall install opperation and then a window comes up, the only option is to hit OK and then another window pops up and the only option (again) is to hit OK and then the whole thing shuts down with out installation taking place. I know I need to use the file inside the crack folder but that comes up with an Error message and all that it says is the following location. C:\Users\(myname)\Desktop\Planetarian\Crack\Kinetic.exe edit: I should probably say that Im having issues getting "Planetarian" to either install or play

If i remember right they did the same thing in Shuffle! for Sia's route...

I have to agree with OneManArmy, that is a very poor way of doing things, but at least in Wanko to Kurasou and Fate/stay night there was a fairly decent reason for it. In kanon it feels more like an after thought, heck in two of the routes they don't even kiss first.

Actually Tomoyo ~After is being redone by Doki Fansubs so a partial patch doesn't even apply i think

grrrr, I'm starting to get ticked at these endings. I mean the story is awesome (well great at least) but then the ending only tells you that they lived happily ever after, (only completed Ayu, Nayuki, and Mai/Sayuri) SPOILER BELOW But it doesn't tell you HOW, like with Mai, before that super long flashback she just impailed herself with her sword (why'd she do that anyways) and she apperantly died. Then what happens, did her power resurrect her, did it litterally send Yuichi back in time, i mean WHAT THE FRELL HAPPENED?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Alls we know is that her and Sayuri graduated and that she is alive and well and she's activly with Yuichi Same with Ayu, how and when did they meet back up after she woke up? Was she aware of what happened between Yuichi and her astral projection/spirit-self? Nayuki's ending was alright, but what about her Mom, how long was she in the hospital? Ahh well maybe the anime will tell me

Yes, I ussualy use a Walkthrough, after I play through on my own once just to see what outcome I get, besides I'm technically a noobie when it come to VNs only beat 100% (according to the CGs) Shuffle! and Clannad, working on Kanon, Fate/stay night, Wanko to Kurasou, and Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi (that game is so freaking long) Also I try to do every route, Hoshikaka is gonna take forever since there isn't a walkthrough for it.

To be honest its the Tsundere that i've always gravitated towards. But at the same time I can almost fall in love with just about any character, except the ditz type, I always have to explain my jokes in real life so it's no fun. Also characters that have truely tragic stories (Fuuko from Clannad, Saber/Arthuria from Fate/Stay Night, Mai from Kanon)

There isn't a section for asking non-tech related questions so I'm just posting here. I've been playing through Kanon recently and I read that there are additional ero-scenes (2 nudity scenes and 1 fantasy scene) besides the ones featureing lovemaking that you run into during the five heroines paths. Are there extra-scenes for each heroine, or are there just a couple extra scenes? I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I need to do to unlock them? According to the walkthrough I've been following you'll get the 100% in the CGs, but I've been through 2 of the heroine arcs (Ayu and Nayuki) and I havent come across them.
