I started to read it some months ago but that was only for something like 20min so in my eyes I still haven't started it. It's just that I don't have a lot of freetime anymore and so I'm putting everything into german translation (proof reading) of SnK.

Sadly I don't know any light-hearted otome games but you should take a look at The Second Reproduction and Togainu no Chi. Although TnC is most likely not your cup of tea.

I'm not reading that game anymore because I already finished it. It's quite enjoyable (great humor) but there's a huge quality difference between the routes...
The sister-incest route was unbelievable bad and was basically nothing but a collection of sex scenes.
The cousin-incest route had a strong and interesting middle part but fucked up the ending.
The route of the maid was very solid but it hadn't any outstanding scenes.
I didn't play the last route because I didn't give a fuck about the heroine (your usual dumb but honest girl + large tits)
The music was ... like ... there? The art was pretty good. Altough I've no idea who draw the boobs of that chick I don't give a shit about because holy macaroni, those aren't normal boobs. So yeah, I guess it's all in all a pretty solid moege.

I don't have a favourite writer because I honestly don't care about that person at all. I mean even a great author can write shitty stories. SnK and G-SnM were great but I disliked A Profile a lot. So I usually don't get interested in a VN only because it's written by the same person who wrote a VN I enjoyed. -

Thanks for your opinion. Up to now I only read the first chapter and the MC seems very interesting. Although standard shoujo manga sounds like a very romance focused story which is usually not my cup of tea. Then again, I also enjoyed Shinobi Life quite a bit so I guess it's fine.

I just finished Shin Angyo Onshi (Manga) and it was totally worth its time. I definitely recommend this title to everyone who doesn't mind a rather "boring" start and likes a dark story about love, hate, corruption, pain and the like.
